Contract Duration: 6 Months Required Skills & Experience Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for the internal voice infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
Design and develop IVR menus, call flows, and voice prompts to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Lead the transition from Genesys to a CCaaS platform, ensuring minimal disruption to service and optimal performance.
Lead continuous improvement and tools integration efforts to optimize telecom solutions within an IT ServiceDesk structure.
What You Will Be Doing The Telecom Expert will be responsible for creating, maintaining, updating, and planning strategic roadmaps for our internal voice infrastructure.
Oversee the transition from our current Genesys platform to a new CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solution.
