JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care as specified by individual resident care plans and physician orders according to federal, state and facility rules, regulations and policies.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Experience: Previous geriatric experience preferred
Licensure: Current Certified Nursing Assistant
Skills: Must be able to communicate in English both verballyand in writing.
Must demonstrate computer literacy including use of computer programs and applications.
Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification.


Requirement description : 1+ year of exp - Required SNF exp - preferred Attendance is quite important here.
If a contractor is sent in that doesn't have excellent attendance, they will not be a successful assignment Health system-wide profile standards References NOT required. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.
All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred. Michigan license verification is required for nurses.

Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above. Full-time employees of McLaren are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
