JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care as specified by individual resident care plans and physician orders according to federal, state and facility rules, regulations and policies.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Experience: Previous geriatric experience preferred
Licensure: Current Certified Nursing Assistant
Skills: Must be able to communicate in English both verballyand in writing.
Must demonstrate computer literacy including use of computer programs and applications.
Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification.


Requirement description : 1+ year of exp - Required BLS AHAVACCINE REQUIRED SNF exp - preferred Attendance is quite important here.
If a contractor is sent in that doesn't have excellent attendance they will not be a sucessful assignment
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at time of submission
Weekend Requirements : Every Other
On Call Requirements : None
