Responsibilities: Preparing, editing, and proofreading legal documents Manage and organize case files electronically and in hard copy, ensuring all documents are readily accessible.Assist with legal research and due diligenceAssist with attorney timekeepingCalendar deadlines, schedule appointments, and manage attorney calendars.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional and courteous manner.Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications: 5+ year of experience in corporate and transactional matters at a law firmExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with legal research databases a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and other team members.Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
