Midland, MI Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a Cardiovascular Operating Room Certified Surgical First Assistant to work in Midland, MI. Start Date: ******** T00:00:00.000Z or two weeks after offer. Shift: Days, Mon-Fri /10 Hour Days (40 Hour Guarantee) Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of current experience Cardiovascular Operating Room Certified Surgical First Assistant unless otherwise discussed by recruiter. MI license is required At least 3 years of experience - Required 2 Supervisory References - RequiredOpen Heart Experience - RequiredTertiary care center and/or designated level I or II trauma center experience - RequiredTravel experience - Highly PreferredProfile Requirements:Work HistorySkills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two yearsCandidates' Permanent Address Facility will not consider local candidates - 50 mile radius restriction Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: Resume without time gaps and education notated. References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly). Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella Current Yearly Physical TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
