Our client, a medical non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Education Database Coordinator to join their team in Washington, DC!

About the Job:
* Professionally communicate with members via email regarding their inquiries and records.
* Look up individuals, access their records, update information as necessary, and identify errors needing correction within the member database.
* Use the Learning Management System (Oasis) database, with provided training to familiarize you with the system.
* Assist with basic Excel tasks, including cleaning up entries on the Excel membership list.
* Confirm membership status in our database as part of the project.

About You:
* 1+ years of applicable database and data entry experience is required.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
* Willingness to learn new systems, especially an LMS.
* Excellent oral/written communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

About the Position:
* Pays $22/hr
* Starting ASAP!
* Temporary for 3-4 months.
* Strong potential for the assignment to extend.
* 100% on-site at the Washington, DC location.
