MN license is required 2 Years of Experience - RequiredSiemens Magnetom Avanto 1.5 T Experience - RequiredARRT - RequiredBLS AHA or ARC - RequiredClinicians MUST list prior work history with North Memorial Health Maple Grove Hospital and/or Blaze Health LLC on their resumeProfile Requirements: Work historySkills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty2 Supervisory References with dates employed listedAgency responsible for supplying traveler dosimetry badge for duration of assignment Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing: Resume without time gaps and education notated. References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
