Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, flexibility as needed
Fully onsite: Midtown, NYC
Perm Salary: $70 - 80k base
Responsibilities: Manage heavy calendaringProcess expense reports and time reportingMaintain contact database and send various mailingsDraft and mail correspondencesSupport client event planningFormat information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.Assist with travel planning and coordinationAd hoc projects as assigned Qualifications: 1-2 years of administrative/executive experienceExcellent organizational skills and high attention to detailExhibit sound judgment and common sense while making decisionsAbility to maintain composure and maintain an executive presence during high pressure situationsAbility to be discreet and handle confidential, sensitive informationSelf-starter with a proactive approach to providing exceptional customer service possessing professional interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Please submit your resume for consideration.
