WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cambridge Square Apartments, a 204-unit affordable housing community located in Monroeville, PA.
In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects.
Please note that this is a temporary, part--time position, which will work 25 hours per week and is not eligible for Winn benefits. Responsibilities Provide office support, including: maintaining files, ordering office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and facilitating shipping.Assist with property operations, including: creating check requests, filing paid invoices, and distributing resident requests appropriately.Handle incoming and outgoing calls.Manage all aspects of front desk duties.Update property management team on existing or potential problems.Complete special projects as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent.Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.Outstanding customer service skills.Superb attention to detail.Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work. Preferred Qualifications Experience in property management industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. About Us
