Temporary Administrative Assistant, IT Description:
Under the direction of the Project Management and Business Office, the Temporary Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of confidential and complex administrative, secretarial, and clerical functions to maintain operations throughout the department.
This position is responsible for exercising confidentiality, independent judgment, and action in accordance with delegated responsibilities and works collaboratively with supervisors in the IT department.

Position Responsibilities: Provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the Information Technology department staff. Under the guidance of the business office manager, maintains financial records related to the department, including preparing requisitions/purchase orders, process payments, reconcile invoices and other related financial requests. Organizes and maintains files to support office functions. Orders, distributes, and keeps an inventory of supplies and other technology items. Minimum Qualifications:

This is a temporary position clerical positions with the hourly compensation of $16.68.
