Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant Duration: 3 months Location : Minneapolis, MN Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team environment, supporting multiple office locations while collaborating with finance, marketing, human resources, and information technology teams. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong integrity, a desire to learn and grow, and the ability to manage tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Effective communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to foster cooperative working relationships are essential. This temporary, full-time role operates Monday through Friday with paid parking. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to internal clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests. Prepare, review, edit, and manage various documents, including letters, proposals, reports, and presentations. Assist with meeting preparations, including scheduling, room setup, and conference calls. Monitor and complete tasks within the administrative ticketing system. Organize and maintain project documentation and files. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Communicate with vendors for service requests. Perform reception and production duties, including handling mail. Maintain and stock office supplies and ensure office readiness. Keep office areas clean and organized. Implement and manage office systems and procedures. Print, bind, and prepare materials, including project documents and proposals. Assist with mass mailings and other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications High school diploma and 1-3 years of related experience. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite365, with advanced skills in Word and Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with professional telephone etiquette. Service-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude. Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
