What You Will Do: The Temporary Admissions Assistant will help support the Admissions and Enrollment teams with a variety of administrative data entry tasks.
Reporting to our Director of Admissions, and based out of our Wheeling, IL campus, this position will assist our Admissions process by uploading documents, working on verification checklists, scanning documents for electronic storage, and accurately entering data into our system(s).
This role will start as soon as possible and continue through the end of January 2025 (or other date as determined by need/performance).
Essential Responsibilities:
Scanning and uploading postal mail and other documents for the Admissions team
Entering appropriate licensure information account verification in checklists Confirming Public Disclosure in checklists Manage upload of various application support documents/forms (admissions pending, work experience, etc.)
to Salesforce and/or Banner Performing Common app upload for Salesforce Adding student applications to Banner Reviewing initial student application checklist
Additional administrative tasks as necessary Qualifications: Some college, preferred (GED or High School diploma, required) Attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills Experience working with CRMs, Banner, and other systems, a plus Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and can adapt to change quickly NLU Inclusion Statement: National Louis University is deeply committed to serving its community, advancing access and equity, and ensuring that all individuals are welcomed and valued.
