Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst who focuses on consumer data reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with customer data systems, specifically Klaviyo, Shopify, and NetSuite. You will play a critical role in setting up and optimizing data flows between these platforms, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for our marketing, sales, and finance teams. This is a 6-8 month temporary role.
Position Responsibilities
Analyze and report on data from Klaviyo, Shopify, and NetSuite.
Develop and maintain data flows and integrations between these systems to ensure seamless data accuracy and availability; troubleshoot issues.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Create promotional discount codes in Shopify and report on the performance of promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior to inform strategic decision-making.
Continuously improve data processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide training and support to internal teams on using data tools and interpreting data insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, focusing on retail consumer data.
Proficiency in Shopify and NetSuite, with experience setting up and optimizing data flows between these systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Expertise with G-suite, including advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Detail-oriented, with a solid commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Nice to have:
Experience with Looker and data visualization tools.
Experience in Klaviyo.
Work Environment/ Hours / Compensation
This position is a temporary, 6-8 month assignment. The position is full-time, hourly. Candidates can choose to work onsite, remotely, or hybrid. The hours for this position are generally 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility to start earlier or later. The rate for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hourly, based on experience.
