Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Internal Audit Coordinator to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. The successful candidate will support the internal audit department in ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating audit activities, preparing audit reports, and assisting in the evaluation of internal controls.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to Provides support for SOX testing, including distributing and maintaining document request list, sharing documents with internal and external contacts Monitors status of SOX testing and communicates clearly and timely with auditors and internal parties Provide support for internal audit projects including data collection, submission, and trackingProvides support for customer audit data collection and submissionAssists with maintaining policies, forms and references library and tracking of status and responding to requestor needsProvides support activities for the department, including coordinating scheduling and communicationAccesses data from company ERP and other systemsUses excel, Outlook, and Teams to organize and obtain data and perform communication Other duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Physical Demands and Exposures This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time. Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
