What you will do:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave as a Multimedia Designer in our photo studio.
The temporary role will span over a six-month period, ideally from November 2024 - May 2025.
This individual should be passionate and high-energy to work with our Creative Art Department.
The candidate must be dynamic and ready to engage with a team of like-minded individuals.
This position will capture products and subjects, both in house and on location as needed, while upholding the company's brand both artistically and professionally.
This temporary role is critical to maintaining the seamless operation of our department during the leave period.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL: Responsible for all aspects of photo production, including the operation of cameras, lighting, and photo editing.Understand product and photograph in a manner that shows all features, angles, and attributes for various business needs.Facilitates photo projects from start to finish - pre-production planning, capture, edit, and render assigned tasks.Work closely with clients and colleagues, under the supervision of the Sr.
Manager, Creative, to produce high-quality photo content.Complete post-production tasks which include reviewing photos, making editorial decisions, color and lighting corrections, and final editing.Maintain organized studio space and equipment.Treat deadlines with a sense of urgency, work well under pressure, and possess a high degree of adaptability.Use creative license and artistic vision to bring refreshing ideas to the organization.
Capture high-quality photos in studio or on location.Other duties as assigned. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor's degree in related field or evidence of excellence and work experience.2+ years of work experience required, preferably in the consumer products industry. WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE: Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative SuiteExposure to the sporting goods industry Ability to grasp new technology and assimilate into an existing environmentHighly driven and motivatedMust be a creative and strategic thinker.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExtremely detail orientedAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Interact regularly and follow up with internal and external parties based on direction of management, presents information for decision making to manager, and requires ability to independently follow up on pending item and to manage their own daily tasks and projects as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not supervise employees.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
