Position:Temporary Provider Call Center Representative
Duration: 6 month contract
Pay Range: $18 to $22.20hr
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, Ca
Schedule:Hybrid -Tues, Wed, Thurs (Onsite)

Education & Experience Six (6) months customer service experience with prior experience in handling problems and complaints with a high level of patience Experience in learning and following standards and procedures.
Microsoft Windows applications experience Key Qualifications: One (1) year knowledge of medical groups/HMO/IPA operations, in a managed care setting preferred High technological aptitude with easy adaptability to diverse conditions, and troubleshooting Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Bilingual (English/Spanish) - written and verbal skills required
