Exploring Molecular Mechanisms of Muscle Stem Cell Biology
**What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be**
+ This role will support on a project that begin as an independent study and is assessing the half-life of the TDP-43 protein in skeletal muscle tissue and cell lines derived from a TDP-43 conditional knock out mouse. Once Dr. Olwin determines the half-life, he will optimize protocols for introducing ectopic TDP-43 into differentiating skeletal muscle myoblasts to better understand how TDP-43 participates in Sarcomere formation.
**What We Can Offer**
The hiring rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
