Temporary Trust & Estate Attorney

Trustpoint.One is looking for a TEMPORARY Trust & Estate Attorney with 8+ years of experience in estate and tax planning, including trust administration, to assist our client's Trusts & Estates Practice Group in their BOSTON office.

Assignment likely to be 4-6+ months. Must be onsite in their Boston office. Requirements Candidates should have at least 6 years of practical, experience in estate and tax planning, including trust administration.
Must be barred in Massachusetts.
Experience in compressive estate and tax planning for high net-worth clients and multi-generation families.
Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents and advising on income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws attendant to this line of work.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
NOTE: The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's industry knowledge and experience.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
