Position Summary and Responsibilities
Working from the office in White House, Tennessee, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the school such as answering phones and email, receiving visitors, assisting the principal and teachers with administrative tasks, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Entering data into the online student information system;
* Generating reports;
* Answering the phones;
* Scheduling appointments;
* Speaking with Parents and Students;
* Managing student files and records;
* Interacting with vendors;
* Assisting with various personnel duties;
* Assisting with State Testing duties;
* Ordering office supplies; and
* Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Google Suite, and web-based applications is essential
* Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
