The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales in a dedicated territory (Galicia, Asturias, Western Castilla-León and Portugal) and developing the Business.
Candidates preferred basis in Spain: Galicia, Asturias, Western Castilla-León. Key Responsibilities: • Performing effective territory penetration to drive sales and increase revenue growth among the existing and newly installed customer base for the Solta family of products.
• Providing training presentations and demonstrations to the customer on application and use of the company's products using effective communication and sales techniques.
• Educating the customer regarding the indications, contraindications, and safety of Solta products.
• Supporting and helping to facilitate the execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory and area.
• Pre-planning sales calls and maintaining efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date account files
• Preparing sales contracts quotes price and terms per company guidelines.
• Completing administrative responsibilities including quarterly business plans, up-to-date account profiles, weekly expense reports, and Solta's computer customer database - CRM.
• Executing Diamond Rewards Program enrollment & all Marketing B2B and B2C tools to increase consumable usage.
• Develop business evaluations & reviews for listed accounts
• Maintaining updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
• Developing and maintaining supportive productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations.
• Maintain consistent communication regarding the territory with all BU team members, marketing, customer service, technical service and clinical co-workers.
Maintain accurate forecasting.
The minimum requirements: • 4-6 years of demonstrated success selling medical device products or services to physicians and other health care providers.
• Ability to make effective and persuasive communications and technical presentations to physician's management and/or large groups.
• Ability to thoroughly understand and communicate the attributes and qualities of Solta products using professional selling and closing skills.
• Ability to use word processing and database applications and various software programs such as CRM, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed.
• Ability to travel adequately to cover territory including overnight stays attend tradeshows and corporate and training meetings.
Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
Valid driver's license
• Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to perform lifting tasks of up to 30 kg for short durations
• Language skills in Portuguese and English are desirable
El Territory Manager es responsable de gestionar ventas en el territorio asignado y desarrollar negocio en el mismo (Galicia, Asturias, Castilla-León Occidental y Portugal) .
Ubicación preferente: Galicia, Asturias, Castilla y León Occidental.
Responsabilidades: • Lograr una actividad efectiva en el territorio para impulsar las ventas y aumentar el crecimiento de la base de clientes existente e instalada para la toda la cartera de productos Solta.
• Proporcionar formación, presentaciones y demostraciones a clínicas sobre la aplicación, uso y valor añadido de los productos Solta, utilizando técnicas efectivas de comunicación y ventas.
• Educar al cliente sobre las indicaciones, contraindicaciones y seguridad de los productos Solta.
• Apoyar y ayudar a facilitar la ejecución de talleres regionales de formación – workshops - y ferias profesionales dentro de su territorio.
• Planificar previamente las reuniones de ventas con habilidades eficientes de gestión del tiempo para garantizar el máximo contacto con el cliente y el más alto nivel de servicio al cliente.
• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de archivos de clientes actualizados.
• Preparación de contratos de venta, cotizaciones, precios y términos según las pautas de la empresa.
• Completar responsabilidades administrativas, incluidos planes de negocios trimestrales, perfiles de cuentas actualizados, informes de gastos semanales y la base de datos de clientes Solta en su zona.
• Gestionar el Programa de Afiliación y todas las herramientas de marketing B2B y B2C para aumentar el uso de consumibles.
• Desarrollar evaluaciones y revisiones comerciales en el territorio, así como identificación de leads potenciales
• Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de la industria y de los productos de la competencia.
• Desarrollar y mantener relaciones productivas y efectivas en todos los niveles dentro de la organización.
• Mantener el cumplimiento de todas las directrices regulatorias y de calidad aplicables como parte integral de las operaciones comerciales.
• Mantener una comunicación constante sobre el territorio con todos los miembros del equipo, marketing, atención al cliente, servicio técnico y los compañeros del área clínica y Unidad de Negocio.
Los requisitos mínimos: • De 4 a 6 años de éxito demostrado en la venta y comunicación efectiva de productos o servicios médicos a profesionales sanitarios y clínicas.
• Capacidad para comunicar en detalle los atributos y cualidades de los productos Solta utilizando habilidades profesionales de venta y cierre.
• Conocimiento de Excel, Power Point, CRM y otras herramientas.
• Excelentes habilidades de planificación y organización.
• Flexibilidad a la hora de cambiar las prioridades de trabajo diaria según las indicaciones.
• Capacidad para viajar y cubrir el territorio, incluidas las pernoctaciones, asistir a ferias comerciales y reuniones corporativas y de capacitación.
Debe estar dispuesto a viajar hasta el 75%.

• Requisitos físicos: Mientras realiza las tareas de este trabajo, es posible que se requiera que el empleado realice tareas de elevación de hasta 30 kg por períodos cortos.
