Job Title : Territory Manager – SSU This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, mid-sized company dedicated to the women's health sector. The company has expanded significantly over the past 25 years, particularly through acquisitions, and is now splitting its surgical product line to further specialise and drive revenue growth. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing the "SSU" product line, which includes General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, and Head & Neck products. Key Responsibilities : Manage and drive sales of the "SSU" product line, which includes innovative surgical tools used in the OR. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and other healthcare facilities. Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase product adoption and build brand loyalty. Strategically break into new accounts and manage existing relationships to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent performance and growth within the assigned territory. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitive products in the women's health and general surgery fields. Essential Skills & Experience : 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within the operating room (OR) setting. Proven success in selling to ASCs, hospitals, physician offices, and private practices. Strong ability to overcome objections and break into new accounts. Experience working with KOLs and understanding their influence in driving product adoption. Chatty, driven, and passionate personality, with a focus on women's health and surgery. Experience selling multiple product lines in the OR environment. Familiarity with general/relevant call points and a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. Non-competes are not a significant issue for this role.
