Royal Ambulance's Award-winning Sales team seeks a Territory Manager to help build relationships and support post-acute and ambulatory care customer segments in the Peninsula/South Bay Region. Royal's Territory Management Team designs strategies to maximize revenue by managing existing businesses, identifying and developing new businesses, and creating cross-continuum partnerships to satisfy Royal's customer needs and objectives.   Note: This position will require a minimum of 80% travel to client/customer sites
\n Responsibilities: Establish trusted relationships with customers that enable customer retention, growth, and shared success.Daily in-person visits with Royal customers' key decision makers.Respond to customer needs with solutions.Virtual outreach with new marketing strategies, service offerings, and customer experience feedback.Coordination of customer marketing events, networking events, and yearly recognition programs.Analyze competitive landscape within assigned territories and/or segments.Execute Royal sales strategies and territory/segment performance targets.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and adjusts approach as needed.Manage and track all touch points, including visits, meetings, phone, and virtual connections.Communicate effectively with internal teams (Customer Success, Operations, Billing, Communications Center) and keep them informed and up to date on issues, trends, and any relevant informationHandle protected health information (PHI) in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)Demonstrate and support Royal's Mission, Values, and Quality StandardsDemonstrate expertise by proactively attaining industry knowledge through education, communication, and a commitment to professional self-development; stay abreast of ambulance-related federal and state compliance guidelines, reimbursement-related subjects, and industry trends and news; stay informed on SNF, Hospital, and Healthcare regulatory challenges, opportunities, trends, and news; participate in a customer focused association and industry groups (i.e. CAHF, POLST, Senior Round Table) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of one (1) year of work experience in the same/similar role or equivalent industry related experience Healthcare Sales are highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite toolsWillingness to travel regularly within assigned territory (Up to 80-90%)Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presenting to a variety of audiencesEffective collaboration and time-management skillsCompetitive drive for results, goal motivated, and data driven What's in it for you: Comprehensive benefits and salary package Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance CoverageVoluntary: Life and AD&D, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, Pet InsurancePaid-Time-Off (PTO)Professional growth and development (Lean Six Sigma Certification, Continuous Education, LinkedIn Learning, Professional Certification)An opportunity to grow your professional experience in a high-growth, award-winning team environment 
\n$65,000 - $85,000 a year
