We are looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. ResponsibilitiesSales Management: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to expand the customer base and increase market share.Territory Planning: Analyze territory performance, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's products or services.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, territory activities, and market conditions to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences.Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
