Compensation: Anticipated First-Year Salary: $140,000 and above Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to surpass revenue targets • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative work environment • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to make informed strategic decisions • Gather and evaluate customer feedback to continuously enhance products, services, and overall customer experience • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning and resource allocation • Collaborate with the marketing department to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and materials • Lead negotiations for significant contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners • Streamline and optimize the sales process for improved efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for enhancement • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members when necessary to support company growth • Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, providing constructive feedback and growth opportunities Qualifications: • Must have previous experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry • Demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership positions, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets • Strong leadership and team-building skills, capable of inspiring and leading by example • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with others • Strategic thinker who can develop sales plans and execute them to drive revenue growth • Customer-centric approach, committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships • Proficient in data analysis, utilizing sales metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement • Adaptable to changing market conditions and industry trends, able to adjust strategies accordingly • Skilled in negotiation and contract management to secure favorable agreements • Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities in a competitive market • Familiarity with the siding, roofing, and home improvement industry, including products, materials, and best practices • A collaborative and inclusive leadership style that fosters teamwork and cooperation among team members • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets • Preferred, but not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Compensation: $140,000+ yearly
