We're on the lookout for a passionate Territory Sales Manager to be a part of our team!
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing existing customer relationships and forging new partnerships. Our approach is all about genuine human connections and providing tailored solutions, without any hard-selling tactics. You'll leverage your sales expertise and product knowledge to deliver exceptional service to customers and potential partners in the realm of overhead material handling equipment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Utilize your proven sales experience and B2B industrial/commercial background to engage with customers at various levels.
Cultivate long-term business relationships within your designated market through diverse outreach methods.
Support and enhance customer productivity and safety by delivering top-quality material handling systems, supplies, and services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, conduct customer meetings, and present service quotes/proposals.
Stay informed about customer budgets and market trends to ensure competitive pricing and effective communication.
Foster positive and professional relationships with all accounts, acting as a trusted liaison between our company and the customer base.
Collaborate with the new business development team to expand the territory and contribute to weekly production meetings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial outside B2B sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication skills and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
Performance Standards:
Allocate time effectively across quoting, on-site appointments, presentations, and networking functions.
Fulfill other duties as assigned by Regional Sales Manager or VP, Sales and Marketing.
