We are seeking a competitive and numbers driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities Hunt for new business opportunitiesIdentify and develop new leads, and close businessExceed monthly quotas - generate sales of company products and servicesSell using a proactive approach, cold calls, face-to-face meetings and video collaborationDocument and track customer communication cadence and progress in CRMSchedule and lead product demos with prospectsAttend local & national industry events as approved, to promote EarthCam productsCollaborate with Sales Coordination & Client Services teams to provide quality customer service and post-sales follow upDevelop a network of new and existing customers to gain referrals for emerging opportunitiesTravel to New Jersey HQ periodically for training and eventsVisit clients and jobsites as appropriate to support businessAttend regular virtual team meetingsWho YOU Are Entrepreneurial mindsetA natural "Hunter" sales orientationOrganized, energetic, professional, ambitious and dynamic individualA competitive spirit that enjoys winningYou know how to sell a platform solution and highlight the value propositionYou can provide a proven history of exceeding quotasAble to identify and influence key decision makersA decision maker with sound judgmentExperienced negotiator with various levels of managementQualifications 2+ years B2B selling experience with demonstrated successBachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experiencePrior experience in any of the following industries is a plus: construction, transportation, government, tourism, commercial real estate, hospitality, international business, AVExperience thriving in a commission-driven environmentProven success with consultative selling techniquesWhat We Offer: The EarthCam package includes competitive salaries, commissions, bonuses, benefits, and constant opportunities for development – designed to create an entrepreneurial, invigorating and satisfying environment.
