Join our Industrial Energy Technology Team
Sales Manager in Non-Destructive Testing. As the Industrial X-Ray Sales Team, we provide 2D and 3D solutions to customers across industries.
Partner with the best
As a Industrial Sales Manager you will take ownership for the sales orders for new and existing customers. Using your market knowledge and customer experience, you will build trusted relationship. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that initiate new and existing sales opportunities.
As a Sales, you will be responsible for:
Responsibility for consultative selling of the radiography systems (CT) product(s), services, and solutions.
Managing the strategy to position Waygate Technologies CT Radiography systems requiring thorough technical knowledge of Non-destructive Testing and evaluation mythology and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be implemented.
Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
Understanding of the customer's evaluation and procurement processes.
Handling key customers within a territory.
Working with applications engineers and other technical colleagues to solve customer challenges and propose winning solutions.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree
5 additional years of experience in Sales.
Oral and written communication skills.
Interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to lead programs / projects.
Established project management skills.
