This is a DIRECT hire opportunity, NOT a Contractual role.

Job Description Collaborating with various internal groups to improve test yields and address test issues in the support of new production and repair of customer products.
Supporting test procedure generation and modifications.
Supplying root cause analysis and resolution for test issues in manufacturing and repair.
Assisting in test method and setup optimization.
Optimizing test solution hardware and software.
Analyzing test data and yields.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by carrying out projects that explore process problems and develop new process concepts to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Performing manufacturing test fixture experiments as necessary for performance improvement or adaptation to process changes.
Ensuring that test procedures are current.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering Technology, or other related technical discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience, including hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic systems or assemblies.
Strong understanding of electronics theory, principles, and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality and safety standards.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Desired Characteristics Experience in writing and developing test procedures for electronic products or systems.
Familiarity with LabVIEW, ANSI C, C++, or other relevant software language used in test and measurement and experience creating a useful software application that will run in Windows or Linux.
Familiarity with environmental stress testing methods such as temperature, vibration, shock, HALT, and HASS.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for electronic products and systems, including safety and compliance requirements.
Basic understanding of analytical tools and techniques, such as FMEA, DOE, SPC, and other statistical process control methods like Six Sigma or LEAN.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge and experience in Design for Test (DFT) practices, including the ability to design or redesign and implement effective process and tool improvements.
