Job Description: Support production team to test all kinds of products following TPIs provided by TEs.
Interpret TPIs to production operators, make sure TPIs are implemented correctly.
Execute FA/Debug procedures to support bone pile reductions.
Work with TE and PE Engineers for any technical experience and practices.
Support engineers to fulfill any tests according to the customers' requests.
Ensures that the test and burn-in processes are within all safety, ISO-900 and BABT compliance.
Periodically evaluates new equipment and develops a realistic and cost-effective capitol justification for purchasing this equipment Coordinates and monitors all FIMPA or product off-load activities for assigned test and burn-in processes.
Consistently reviews quality yields and develops corrective actions to eliminate any yield detractors, further improves the process and product reliability.
Works with the Quality Engineer to determine if field/box line data indicates a need for process/product improvement.
Drives recovery actions/repair of any test or burn-in process that is down.
Coordinates recovery/repair activities with the respective maintenance, technicians, engineers, suppliers or maintenance spare parts analyzers whose area of competence is necessary to get the process back in working order.
Ability to perform high-level repair, format and "build" software per unit configuration and connect hardware (cables) between multiple units and bynets.
Sets-up complex Disk Arrays Requirements and Skills: Being an important team player with collaborative attitudes, willing to coach and mentor other team members.
Excellent hand dexterity Familiarity with hand and power tools Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and process Comfortable working with small and delicate materials Ability to manage time effectively to finish tasks needing completion in a timely manner Ability to adapt to new procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly Experiences in high voltage, high power (HVHP-480 VAC 4 phases) electrical manufacturing industrials with strong abilities in product debug/FA.
Strong hands-on skills to work on production supports, including testing and debugging Able to use Microsoft office applications Can describe what happens in production with technical issues and problems Have enough ability to communicate with engineers and customers with either writing or verbal ways Education, License and Experience: 5 plus years in HVHP manufacturing industries.
AA or Higher Education Electrical License preferred Pay Rate: $32.00 USD an hour.
