Ford Credit is looking for a Testing Project Manager specializing in day-to-day operations of "Quality & Testing Management" team. You will help teams work on predictability and quality while supporting engineering and operational excellence. The primary customers for the role are engineering leaders, product managers, developers, and analytics teams within Ford Credit. The candidate will directly support "Test & Quality Lead" responsible for overall outcomes from the team and be the voice of the team in many executive forums alongside him/her. The candidate will have a deep understanding of Lean-Agile program management practices (including SAFe), DevOps, and SRE principles and practices.
What you'll do...
Creation & Maintenance of the project plan for the "Testing and Quality Management" team.
Pro-active tracking and reporting on the team milestones.
Reporting for the team scorecard/status/dashboard.
Tracking, Reporting & Resolving for team Risks, Issues, Action Items and Decisions in collaboration with the Team Lead.
Establish quality gates and quality metrics for the program.
Tracking and reporting of Quality management metrices.
Influence "data driven" decision making by the stakeholders.
Other typical project management responsibilities.

Strategy deployment and delivery of critical programs while ensuring the alignment of business and engineering goals.

You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant area of study, or equivalent work experience
10+ years' experience in managing testing focused teams and lead project and program management.
Extensive experience using, managing, and supporting "Testing & Quality Management" teams with Agile program management tools, such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, etc.
Extensive experience of generating quality metrices and present them to executive forums to drive decision making
Experience using reporting & analytical tools like PowerBI, Looker, BigQuery, JIRA etc.
Awareness of test automation, test frameworks and testing tools.
Even better, you may have...
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area
Certification in Project or Program Management such as PMP, etc.
Certification in Lean-Agile practices, such as Certified Scrum Master or SAFe.
Experience managing complex programs from quality and testing management perspective with solutions relying on cloud-native technologies.
12+ years' experience in testing focused teams and lead project and program management.
