The Village Bank seeking a Financial Partner At The Village Bank in Newton Massachusetts, we are a dynamic, growing community bank seeking a highly
motivated individual to join Village Financial Partners (VFP), our investment management and financial planning
team.
VFP is associated with LPL Financial, the nation's leading independent broker-dealer.
Our Mission is to be
the community bank of choice, helping our clients addresses long-term financial matters by taking the time to
discuss personal goals, priorities, and life circumstances.
Through financial planning and investment strategies,

Assume management of an existing book of business. The ability to offer clients access to banking and loan services to fully complement product offerings. Enjoy the security of a base salary in addition to commissions. Participate in all the Bank's benefit plans; health, 401k with match, DB pension, paid time off and more. All operating costs of The Village Bank (i.e.
office, administrative help, resources) are paid by the Bank.
A significant portion of LPL Financial expenses are also paid by the Bank. Opportunity to develop a client base in a high net worth community. Work in a supportive environment with an established program that enjoys an excellent reputation within the community. Our new financial advisor program manager will have a bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in managing an investment advisory practice, as well as active investment management and financial planning;
all relevant broker licenses and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or an equivalent combination
of education and experience with the required certifications.
In addition, candidates must have a proven track
record in client acquisition, and demonstrated relationship building with high net worth clients,
