WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? As a Therapist - MHP on our on-call team, your responsibilities will include closely monitoring client progress to ensure personalized care and support. You'll track and assess their development with precision, adapting interventions as needed to meet their individual needs. In addition, you will facilitate group activities designed to enhance well-being and foster personal growth among our clients. Through your creative and engaging approach, you'll create a supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to navigate their mental health journey!
QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for candidates with:
Experience with working in mental health Case management skills Preferred:
