Requirements: Current Physical Therapy licensure in California Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy BLS Experience: Minimum 1-year as a Physical Therapist Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance , Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
