Job Description - TITLE IX INTAKE CASE MANAGER (T221507) Position Overview This position will provide administrative and investigative support to the Title IX Office. Manages the intake, outreach, and response to reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Responsible for initiating contact with potential complainants and maintaining comprehensive records of all reports in the system. Supports intake meetings, informal resolutions, and provides necessary resources, process information, and supportive measures. Collaborates with campus partners to coordinate services and reduce barriers for those affected. Ensures compliance with Title IX, VAWA, Clery, and related regulations through continuous education. Assists with administrative duties and supports senior Title IX leadership.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Manages the intake, outreach, and response to reports of discrimination, harassment, and related retaliation. Responsible for outreach to potential complainants (students, employees, third parties).Creates, maintains, and monitors all incoming reports of discrimination, harassment, and related retaliation in the records management system. Responsible for communicating and/or providing resources, process information, and supportive measures, as needed.Assists with intake meetings or informal resolutions with individuals affected by discrimination, harassment, and related retaliation. Collaborates with a variety of campus partners to coordinate support services and eliminate barriers.Maintains up-to-date records of all reports of discrimination, harassment and related retaliation. Creates and runs reports as needed.Provides support to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) and Senior Title IX Coordinator as well as the Title IX Coordinator. Assists in administrative duties of the Title IX Office.Engages in continuous education related to Title IX, VAWA, Clery, or any other civil rights regulations, state laws, and university policies.Performs other duties as assigned.Annual Salary Range: $55,180 - $89,670
Qualifications Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Communication, Gender Studies, Labor Relations, Organizational Development or a related field required and five (5) years of related experience required in areas such as student conduct, Title IX, EEO, Discrimination, Harassment & Retaliation (DHR) or employee relations complaint and/or grievance investigation and resolution.
