The Clay Cooley Title Department is currently looking for organized and self-motivated professionals with a strong attention to detail who will ensure processes comply with state regulations and guidelines. The Title Clerks are responsible for preparing title registration purchases and sales, preparing transfer documents, and entering accounting for new and used vehicle transactions.

Processes all new and used vehicle payments for Webdealer batches and individual tax office registrations. The Title Clerk submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles. Completes dealer trades and prepares the Manufacturer's Certificates of Origin and Titles. Verifies the collected funds and Lienholder paid off information. The Title Clerk examines for accuracy and completion of all applications. Provides timely processing of title transfers to ensure the dealership does not incur any charges for past due processing. Oversees their TTL schedule for timeliness and accuracy; processes refunds for excess TTL fees collected once registration is completed. Employee Prerequisites:
Onboarding process completed within days of applying! High School Diploma; College Degree a plus 3-5 years of dealership titles experience Moderate computer skill levels (Internet and MS Outlook); CDK experience is a PLUS. Aptitude to transition from one task to another clearly and concisely and the ability to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
