Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatch/Customer Service Representative. The Truck Dispatch/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient dispatch of trucks, tracking shipments, communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. The Truck Dispatch/Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and completing necessary paperwork.
Qualifications Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of customers and stakeholdersStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with transportation and logistics industryProficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics softwareExperience in dispatching and customer service is preferred
