What You'll Do
The Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice Area is one of BCG's industry practice areas, globally serving cutting-edge clients in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications space. We are seeking a strong co-op candidate to support the Global TMT team in two capacities: supporting the TMT Knowledge Team, a group of subject matter experts that advise case teams and clients, and the TMT People Team, a team that supports our consulting pyramid.

This position will support the needs of our rapidly growing and expanding business including:
Tracking progress against Key Performance Indicators: Defining priorities, tracking performance and working with leaders to define action areas
Developing and driving a communications plan: Identifying the right communications cadence (meetings, newsletters) for the KT team, and building a senior stakeholder engagement plan
Developing and driving a meeting cadence for the team: Helping plan and execute monthly global calls and in-person meetings as needed
Managing Knowledge Team expenses and contracts: Tracking monthly invoices and plan how to cover costs with KT output.
Creating models to analyze data of people in TMT: Building data analysis models to optimize TMT Practice Area efficiency and impact.
Publicize Knowledge Team tools and innovations: Broadcasting Newsletters with KT insights and time-saving tools to the wider TMT Practice Area to enhance Case Team output.

You will also have the opportunity to interface with colleagues across each of our 3 sectors as well as our Finance, People and Marketing teams as well as other BCG functions, e.g. Recruiting, HR etc.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Working collaboratively and flexibly with senior colleagues across the globe
Data analysis and basic modelling using MS Excel
Professional communication and interpersonal skills, including strong, clear verbal communication, crisp writing skills for large audiences and familiarity with structured powerpoint presentations for senior leaders
Organized and detail-oriented – able to manage your own agenda and deliverables with discipline - strong sense of ownership and very outcome orientated
Confident and able to engage with senior leaders
Flexibility to work with a global team

What You'll Bring
Must be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in Northeastern University and approved by the university to participate in the January to June 2025 co-op cycle
Preference for someone working on a BS/BA in Business
Previous commercial internship experience in Consulting or related fields is considered an asset, but not a requirement
Desire to learn quickly and high level of resourcefulness and initiative
Passion for the TMT space
Strong academic performance
Strong MS Office suite experience – Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university degree program
