Total Rewards and Benefits Manager SUMMARY Manages the design, implementation, administration, communication, and ongoing evaluation of Holliday Rock's compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Ensures that compensation and benefits programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
Develops and manages compensation and benefits budgets.
Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, job description, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis.
Manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare.
Ultimately, you will build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with leadership on processes and procedures to design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan.Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equityIdentify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employeesConduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g.
using surveys and quantitative data)Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needsKeep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plansDraft job descriptions, job analyses and classificationsStructure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organizationEvaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programsTrack compensation and benefits benchmarking dataMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant fieldHands-on experience with HRIS or payroll softwareKnowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levelsExcellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systemsGood analytical skillsFamiliarity with labor legislationExperience with employee satisfaction surveysProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
