You will also take charge of training and developing Tower Technicians and Tower Foreman according to our Career Advancement Matrix (CAM).
As you embark on this exciting journey with us, you will be part of a dynamic work environment. You'll experience a variety of physical positions and may encounter occasional uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite. To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the wireless industry, with at least 2 years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews. An OSHA30 certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary.
