You will be developing your statutory and strategic planning skills as a key part of this small team of Planners and Urban Designers in this boutique firm that matches it with the big players in the sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a very well regarded private practice with an enviable reputation built for strong customer service over decades of quality delivery.
Key FunctionsDeliver expert advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management.Deliver statutory and strategic planning advice relating to land use, development capability, master plans, due diligence assessments and the approval process.With the rest of your team, deliver strong service delivery and project management support for clients.Key RequirementsExperience in town planning or urban design (preferably within Australia).Experience working with local and state government departments, other relevant agencies, private industry clients and technical consultants.Experience working in private practice preferred but not essential.
