Main Responsibilities (but not limited to): Offering full-service support to commercial brokersAttending regular performance meetings, feeding back results and contractual service levelsExecute training programs and keep updated on new training methods and techniques.Assess and analyse business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skillsEnsures all company, regulatory and compliance policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to by the BrokersWork cross-functionally between various departments to help measure, analyse and enhance the performance of revenue generation activitiesIdentify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitor locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales processAnalyse location's performance and understanding of goal settingWork with all departments to refine product propositions and refine processesAgree and strive to achieve individual targets.Requirements to be considered: Track record in the energy sector in a client facing role, and passionate about providing great serviceUnderstanding of the energy / utility industry marketExperience in liaising/ building relationship with TPIs / brokers in the energy industryStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesKeep up to date with advances in business area, new methods, and ways of workingStrong administrative and organisational skillsIntermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and OutlookArticulate, professional and clear verbal and written skillsFriendly, logical, and accommodating, enthusiastic and persuasiveEnjoys working with data to identify where patterns emergeAbility to accurately analyse sustainability and efficiency ROI business casesMust hold a clean UK driving license.What you need to do now… If you would love to join us as our new TPI Relationship Manager, we encourage you to apply now!
