Job Purpose:The Trade Marketing Assistant is responsible for the coordination and activation of the Trade Marketing Plan across all channels (Pharmacy, Retail, Online) and to maximize the impact of Apivita and Uriage brands in the Greek market.
Responsibilities/Results
Day to day contact with agencies and suppliers, to ensure that deliverables are met against KPIs
Development and implementation of merchandising solutions within the Trade Marketing annual plan, ensuring maximization of company's visibility impact at Point of Sale (in store and window display)
Coordinates the operational execution of the Trade Marketing plan by designing BTL materials for new launches, current campaigns & sell out activities
Designs & creates the merchandising guidelines in cooperation with the Marketing Department
Provides the necessary merchandising guidelines for every cycle and ensure proper implementation from the merchandising team
Coordinates the operational execution of the Trade Marketing plan
Supports in various projects (PR events, training events etc.)
Monitors the competition (online and offline) and provides reporting
Builds strong working relationships with the sales and marketing teams
