The Trade Representative plays an integral role in customer and vendor support to a specific client base. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining client and associate relationships, while serving as a specific trade related SME and resource that proactively resolves our vendors and SMEs daily challenges.
\n What You'll Do:Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to gain an understanding of their operational needs in a specific trade related area, assists in the development and implementation of solutions to meet those needsContribute to client and internal initiatives and special projectsServe as a technical and subject matter expert resource for the department and leadershipServe as a key point of contact for internal and external clients; resolving issues with vendors as necessaryProactively resolve vendor and client issues; drive all issues towards resolution and escalate on a timely basis only when necessaryTake direction from Trade Specialist as requiredFoster a positive work environmentEnsure confidentiality of internal and external dataPerform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned Role Specific Skills: Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiencies in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook preferredSME in a specific relevant trade You Should Have:Relevant trade knowledge preferred, i.e., plumbing, electrical, general construction, etc1-2 years of experience in customer serviceExperience working in facilities maintenance in a commercial/retail buildings environmentBachelor's Degree preferred
