We are currently seeking a Trading Manager/AVP Trading to join our dynamic Trading team, considering applications from both Trading Manager and AVP Trading levels. We're in search of an ambitious, driven individual with a solid grasp of the aviation market. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our internal trading strategies to maximise our market potential. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying, preparing, and implementing specific internal trading strategies.
Collaborating with internal teams to develop bespoke trading strategies for aircraft and engines.
Managing and centralising market data gathering through our CRM system.
Supporting cross-functional internal teams with energy and enthusiasm.
Serving as an ambassador for the Trading team both internally and externally.
Communicating up-to-date regional market information throughout the team.
Seeking out mentorship, advice, and challenging opportunities to learn and grow.
You will ideally need the following:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant aviation experience.
Strong organisational skills with a background in commercial or engineering.
Proven track record in working in a fast-paced environment.
Technical, finance, or sales background (BSc or equivalent).
General understanding of the aircraft and engine aftermarket and MRO landscape.
Great communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
