This position operates in a field environmentDirect motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic around construction zones, work sites, and other road disruptionsPhysically active job with regular exposure to outside weather conditions and moving mechanical parts

Responsibilities
• Performing flagging function to direct traffic• Ensuring the safety of workers and pedestrians in and around the work zone or work site• Ability to lift 80 lbs.• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks• Ability to load & unload dispatch trucks• Ability to follow specific directions from management with acute attention to detail• Ability to exhibit good judgment in the field including safe work practices around live traffic• Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required• Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements• Adhering to company policy at all times
Requirements
• Cooperative team player attitude• Passing pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens• Eligibility for inclusion on the company covered driver's list• Ability to work nights or weekends if necessary• Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills
