ReeceNichols Real Estate is looking for a Training Administrator who has strong customer service skills and thrives working in a team environment.
This position monitors incoming requests and takes the initiative to provide detailed and patient assistance to end-users who contact the department with questions or issues related to company technology applications.
Primary Responsibilities Provide First-Line Support: Serve as initial point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues from employees and real estate agents via phone and/or email.
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate answers/solutions, and escalate issues as needed.Troubleshoot Technical Problems: Thoroughly research software issues related to company proprietary technology tools to ensure seamless workflow.User Training and Documentation: Offer guidance and training to agents and employees on the proper and best practices for company-provided technology tools and resources.
Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation and knowledge base articles for all provided tools, department procedures, and document troubleshooting.Maintain a Positive and Collaborative Support Environment: Foster a culture of positivity, cooperation and teamwork within the department by cultivating an atmosphere where customers and team members feel valued, respected and supported.
Encourage open communication, active listening and constructive feedback among colleagues to enhance collaboration and positivity.Special Projects: Collaborate with internal team, home office departments, and/or external users to complete miscellaneous projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge & Skills:
Customer ServiceExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong knowledge of basic computing operations, including smartphones (iOS and Android)Working knowledge of Microsoft365 Suite, including Admin CenterAbility to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with the below apps/programs preferred, but not required:
MLS SystemsCanvaBasic CRM databasesiOS and Android basic operationsMac and Windows basic operations Experience: Customer Service industryTechnical supportUser documentationReal estate, title or mortgage industries - preferred, but not required
