The Quality Assurance team with Serán BioScience is seeking a Training Administrator to support the education and abilities throughout our GMP workforce. This newly created role will be responsible for organizing, facilitating, and supporting the development of training programs for GMP departments. This includes the development of training material, evaluation of training efficacy, collaboration in the development of training matrices, organizing training presentations, and development of training metrics.
\n Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages the training program, including the training structure and all training records in the Learning Management System (LMS), VeevaCreates and revises training materials, including classroom and On-the-Job TrainingDevelops training metrics for internal distribution and to support the Management Review programManages the annual GMP Training program and ensures that all staff comply with training requirementsPlans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employeesEvaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedbackMaintains a robust training matrix within the LMS for all GMP related trainingParticipates in Training Impact Assessments to ensure training requirements are updated as necessary to ensure employees are sufficiently trained in their job tasksProvides support during clients, internal, and regulatory auditsPerforms other related duties as assigned Required Skills and AbilityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to design and implement effective trainingAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in related area, or equivalent combination of education and/or experiencePreference given to those with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a related fieldRequires 2 years of GMP experience Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
