Job Summary:

The position of IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining and protecting the company's IT systems and infrastructure.
Ensuring the systems operate securely, efficiently, and reliably to support AVW business needs.


Job Duties & Responsibilities: Network Management: Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure including servers and firewalls.


User Support: Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Conduct training session for staff as needed.


Security: Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the company's IT resources and sensitive information.
Proactively monitor for potential issues.
Track system health and recognize unusual network activity.
Manage building security systems.
Audit security access monthly to all systems: folders, network, email, software.


Data Management: Oversee data backup and recovery processes ensuring the security, efficiency and productivity of database.


Documentation: Maintain accurate SOPs of IT processes.


Project Management: Assist in the planning and implementation of IT special projects.
Support the development and rollout of Hubspot CRM.


Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions.
Ensure data integrity and develop disaster recovery plans.


Phone System Management: Manage phone network, troubleshoot outages.


Systems: Experience with the following systems required: Microsoft, Trello, JobBoss, HubSpot, Vault, Inventor/CAD, CQL

Qualification / Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT Manager or IT Systems Administrator role Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
