Role Summary:
The Trainer will work closely with leadership in providing essential training at orientation for new hires in the operation.
They will aid in training for new hires, cross-training of existing employees and ensure documentation is updated and turned into Training and Onboarding leadership (T&O)
The responsibility of the position is to facilitate the fulfillment center's training programs to associates to achieve success in their job and meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records to track training program progress and completion per the operations Hypercare playbook.
Support the fulfillment center's initiatives regarding training and onboarding.
Partner with operations leadership to ensure the quality and integrity of training in assigned department.
Track and document concerns or issues with trainees and communicate these with leadership.
Expand on the importance of how proper training has a positive influence on quality during orientation of new hires.
Ensure the training checklist and all other training documents are completed and returned to the T&O leadership.
Conduct regular floor walks and keep the department leadership informed of daily training progress.
Advanced knowledge and ability to effectively perform in multiple functional areas of the fulfillment operation.
Remain proficient in other fulfillment center areas by reviewing and validating SOPs per department and making corrections as needed.
Key participant in operations onboarding training simulators.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Strong computer literacy and knowledge of computer software Must possess visual acuity to read labels, RF scanners and to maneuver throughout facility Must be able to hear and understand verbal instructions Must possess capability to walk or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to climb stairs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and grasp products.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual-Spanish Training & Development WM competency Pyramid Travel: This position is not remote.
Travel is not required.

Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm.
Must be available for additional hours as needed.
