TRAINING COORDINATOR Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, will deliver low-latency broadband internet worldwide.
As an early member of the Starlink Customer Support Team, you will ensure we meet our unique customer needs by developing and implementing our training program.
In this role, you will onboard new customer support associates, coordinate with the SpaceX recruiting and onboarding team, organize on the job training and host initial training courses.
You will be a main point of contact for all new teammates, organizing their first two weeks of training and continuing to develop them throughout their careers.
You will also work closely with the lead training coordinator as well as the technical trainer to align on training program goals.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to help our team build a strong operational foundation for our learning programs.
RESPONSIBILTES Train new and existing employees on the Starlink product, service, and experience Prepare and host initial training classes for new members of the Starlink Support Team.
Provide seamless onboarding by ensuring equipment and log in permissions are granted prior to start date Ensure logistics and coordination for training programs: facilitating & scheduling workshops, reserving and setting up conference/training rooms, printing and preparing training material, and sending communications to participants Facilitate continuous education courses based on operational changes and training needs Track, maintain, and order training supplies as needed Track access and permissions based on training completion by team member/role Assign and track e-learning completion and requirements for associates Attend hiring events and participate in interviews BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalency certificate 1+ years of experience in a front-line customer support role 1+ year of experience in facilitating adult training for large scale groups within a learning and development and/or training program PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1 + year of experience in a adult learning theory, service design, or content management Experience with LMS tools such as iSpring, Storyline, Camtasia, etc. Experience developing training and onboarding content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills.
You take pride in your craft Written/verbal business fluency in Spanish, French and/or Portuguese ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed 1st shift: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Travel may be required to support trainings across multiple sites COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay range:
Training Coordinator/Level 1: $27.00/hour
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
